Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for Internship — Data & AI: Enterprise GenAI Support Agent.
We are looking for a high-reaching intern to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-ready GenAI support agent. The intern will focus on building a support agent that is integrated into end-user facing tools, connects multiple enterprise knowledge sources, and cooperates with existing agentic capabilities. Ownership includes technical delivery and accountability for internal governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of a production-capable GenAI support agent for enterprise use, including:
- Requirements gathering and customer alignment with product owners and support teams.
- Architecting and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines connecting multiple knowledge sources (e.g., document stores, SharePoint, ticketing systems, internal databases, APIs).
- Implementing or integrating agent orchestration so the new agent can interact with existing agentic capabilities and downstream systems.
- Integrating the agent into target end-user channels (chat widget, Teams, web portal, or other tooling).
- Implementing monitoring, logging, testing, and rollback strategies for model responses and agent actions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal governance, security, and privacy rules (data handling, PII redaction, model usage policies), and being responsible for the internal governance checklist/process for this topic.
- Documentation, runbooks, and handover materials for operations and future development.
- Running evaluations (accuracy, helpfulness, safety), organizing user feedback sessions, and iterating on the agent.
Coordinate with multi-functional teams (security, legal/compliance, platform, UX)
Present regular progress updates to partners and produce a final demo + technical report.
Qualifications
Education:
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM APIs
- Prior experience building conversational agents, chatbots, or support automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise data privacy, PII handling, and AI governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks for agents (LangChain-like patterns, orchestration servers).
- Experience with containerization and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
- Experience with logging and monitoring stacks for ML systems.

Mentorship & Support:
- The intern will be assigned as a technical mentor. Expect regular check-ins with technical engineers and business partners.
- The intern is expected to lead the topic and drive governance artifacts but will receive guidance and approvals from designated reviewers.
- To improve work experience, the intern may get assigned to an additional, AI-related task.
