About the Role

As a Regulatory Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting a large-scale tax registration initiative across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with the Legal team, you will help coordinate registration activities by partnering with third-party providers, following up with state agencies, managing portal access and documentation, and maintaining project tracking tools.


Work Locations:  We are looking for candidates local to the Blue Bell PA area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.


What You'll Do

  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards for state tax registration activities, including open items, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers, internal stakeholders, and state agencies to support registrations, follow-ups, handoffs, and information requests.
  • Help establish, verify, and document state tax portal accounts, logins, user access, and related account ownership information.
  • Research state agency processes, payment options, forms, portals, and requirements for jurisdictions where tax remittance may be needed without registration.
  • Support process improvement by organizing documentation, identifying blockers, and helping create repeatable procedures for future compliance projects.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Legal, or a related field
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track open items, and communicate status clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort following up with vendors, consultants, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools; comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documentation.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to research unfamiliar topics, summarize findings, and ask thoughtful questions when needed.
