Sustainability
& ESG Analyst Intern (Professional Internship)
Main Tasks:
- Support the implementation and integration of Norfinโs ESG Strategy across the business and real estate portfolio, contributing to the delivery of sustainability objectives and action plan;
- Assist in the preparation and update of the Sustainability Report, SFDR disclosures, and other internal and external ESG reporting requirements;
- Support the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, KPIs, and sustainability performance indicators across development and yielding assets;
- Assist in the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the preparation of analyses, presentations, and communications related to sustainability and responsible investment practices.
Role Requirements
- Recent
degree or Masterโs degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental
Management or a related field;
- 1 or 2
years of experience in the area;
- Eligible
for a Professional Internship programme;
- Strong
interest in sustainability, ESG, and responsible investment practices;
- Knowledge
of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations is considered
an advantage;
- Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong
analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and
manage data;
- Proactive,
curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

Full-time position based in Lisbon, with the possibility of remote work 3 days per week.
