About the Role

Lockton Affinity in Overland Park is seeking highly motivated, curious, and talented individuals to participate in our Summer Rotational Internship Program.  The 10-week program will allow interns to explore multiple aspects of the business while working with and learning from a variety of Lockton Affinity Associates. The program is a hands-on experience where interns will gain insight to Lockton Affinity’s core departments by rotating through: Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Client Solutions.

  • Successful candidates have proven success in both academics and extracurricular activities such as sports, student government, clubs, or work.
  • Students entering their senior year
  • Demonstrated leadership potential is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient user with all Microsoft Products.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
