Descripción del empleo

  • Apoyar en la mejora y actualización del sistema de mantenimiento de herramentales.
  • Participar en proyectos de cambio y ajuste de medidas de herramentales.
  • Analizar y proponer mejoras para optimizar las rutinas y procedimientos de mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en la estandarización y documentación de procesos del área de Tooling.
  • Dar seguimiento a la identificación, control y disponibilidad de refacciones.
  • Participar en el análisis de oportunidades de mejora relacionadas con tiempos, eficiencia y confiabilidad de los procesos de mantenimiento.
  • Generar y actualizar documentación técnica, procedimientos y registros del área.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Tooling en proyectos de mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante activo (con seguro facultativo vigente) de Ingenieria mecánica, industrial, mecatrónica, automotriz 1 año.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio (reportes, tablas dinámicas y macros).
  • Conocimiento de Power BI (deseable).
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad y organización.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
  • Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
