Location: Raleigh Hub, Morrisville, NC
Hours: Part-time for Spring Semester (17.5 hrs/week), Full-time for Summer (40 hrs/week)
What will you do?
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including local HR policies, benefits processes, and security badge coordination
- Partner with the HR team on strategic projects, reporting, people data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with employee engagement programs and special events that strengthen workplace culture
- Manage local communications for employees and managers while helping respond to routine HR-related questions
- Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- High level of energy, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Previous work, leadership, or volunteer experience preferred
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment from our Raleigh Hub office

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23.00 - $27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
