Position Role Type:
OnsiteResponsibilities
- Support EH&S and FTS team with documentation, data entry and digitalization work. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and interested in how safety and facility operations are documented, tracked and improved.
- Perform data entry for maintenance records, inspection checklists and EH&S report.
- Assist in digitalizing drawings and documents.
- Update asset lists , calibration records and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist preparation of digital materials and project documentation
- Establish an inventory of EH&S and FTS qualifications for personnel
Requirements
- Polytechnic or University undergrads studying in relevant areas such as Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields
- Strong interest and commitment to EH&S and Facilities management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Learning Outcome
- Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing
- Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)
