About the Role

Estamos em busca de um Estagiário de Gestão Contratual para se juntar à nossa equipe. Com sede em Vila Velha, você será responsável por executar os serviços de apoio a gestão e administração de contratos de projetos, realizando a análise de pedidos de compra e documentos contratuais, a criação, revisão e validação de Ordens de Venda no SAP, bem como o acompanhamento de mudanças de escopo, prazo e requisitos dos clientes. Atuar no controle e atualização da documentação contratual, assegurando conformidade com diretrizes de Compliance, Governança Contratual e procedimentos internos, além de prestar suporte às rotinas da Coordenação de Gestão de Contratos e às áreas envolvidas na execução dos projetos, garantindo a rastreabilidade, integridade e disponibilidade das informações.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a análise de Pedidos de Compra de clientes e demais documentos contratuais necessários para a criação e manutenção das Ordens de Venda;

  • Auxiliar na criação, revisão e atualização de Ordens de Venda no sistema SAP, garantindo a consistência das informações registradas;

  • Realizar validações das Ordens de Venda, contribuindo para a conformidade dos processos e dos requisitos contratuais;

  • Participar das reuniões e atividades de Gestão de Mudanças, apoiando a atualização das Ordens de Venda em função das alterações de escopo, prazo e demais aspectos dos projetos;

  • Acompanhar as revisões e atualizações de pedidos dos clientes, assegurando que a documentação dos projetos permaneça alinhada às diretrizes de Compliance, Governança Contratual e procedimentos internos;

  • Dar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da Coordenação de Gestão de Contratos, colaborando com diferentes áreas envolvidas na execução dos projetos;

  • Contribuir para a organização e controle de documentos contratuais, garantindo rastreabilidade, integridade e disponibilidade das informações.

Quem estamos procurando?

  • Graduação em: Administração, Engenharia de Produção;

  • Preferencialmente a partir do 5º Período;

  • Conhecimento em Excel, Word, Outlook;

  • Língua inglesa – diferencial

We are looking for a Contract Management Intern to join our team. Based in Vila Velha, you will be responsible for supporting project contract management and administration activities, including the analysis of purchase orders and contractual documents, the creation, review, and validation of Sales Orders in SAP, as well as monitoring changes in project scope, schedules, and customer requirements. You will also support the control and maintenance of contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with Compliance guidelines, Contract Governance standards, and internal procedures. In addition, you will assist the Contract Management Coordination team and support the areas involved in project execution, ensuring the traceability, integrity, and availability of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of customer Purchase Orders and other contractual documents required for the creation and maintenance of Sales Orders;

  • Assist in the creation, review, and update of Sales Orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency;

  • Perform Sales Order validations, contributing to process compliance and adherence to contractual requirements;

  • Participate in Change Management meetings and activities, supporting Sales Order updates related to scope changes, schedule adjustments, and other project-related modifications;

  • Monitor customer order revisions and updates, ensuring that project documentation remains aligned with Compliance guidelines, Contract Governance standards, and internal procedures;

  • Provide support for the administrative and operational activities of the Contract Management Coordination team, collaborating with different functions involved in project execution;

  • Contribute to the organization and control of contractual documentation, ensuring traceability, integrity, and availability of information.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;

  • Preferably enrolled in the 5th semester or above;

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook;

  • English language skills are considered an advantage;

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

  • Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
