We are looking for a motivated and analytical Demand & Supply Planning Intern to support our Supply Chain team. The intern will assist in forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing supply performance, and contributing to planning processes that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory and operational costs.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning, data analytics, inventory management, and collaborative business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing historical sales and demand data.

  • Support the preparation of demand forecasts using available planning tools and statistical techniques.

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify demand trends and anomalies.

  • Prepare regular demand planning reports and dashboards.

  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and supply availability.

  • Help monitor supply plans against actual production, procurement, and distribution performance.

  • Participate in supply planning reviews and inventory health assessments.

  • Maintain planning databases and ensure data accuracy.

  • Develop reports and presentations for planning meetings.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong academic performance and interest in supply chain planning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work with large datasets and interpret business insights.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
