Du befindest dich in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang und möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen bei einem der größten Modehandelsunternehmen Europas in der Praxis anwenden? Du möchtest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und das auch noch zusammen mit einem starken Team?  Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für dich!

Verstärke das C&A Team in unserem Headoffice in Düsseldorf, ab sofort mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unseres Talent Acquisition Teams
  • Du erhältst Verantwortung und unterstützt uns im täglichen Recruitingprozess unserer Mitarbeiter*innen für die Stores
  • Darunter fallen Sichtung der eingehenden Bewerbungen, Treffen einer Vorauswahl, Terminkoordination und Durchführung von Gesprächen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ideenentwicklung sowie beim Dreh und der Bearbeitung von Videos für unseren TikTok-Kanal
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit an verschiedenen Projekten im Bereich Recruiting
  • Ausführung von administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

Was du mitbringst

  • Du bist in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang eingeschrieben
  • Du hast den Wunsch uns bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel und/oder im Personalmanagement gesammelt
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media (TikTok)
  • Du zeichnest dich durch selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten aus
  • Du bist motiviert, kommunikativ und hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team
