Role Purpose:

We are offering an internship for a fresh graduates as Quantity Surveyors Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop key professional skills in real estate cost management.

What this internship involves

• Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management and consultancy services.
• Learning and assisting with quantity take-offs, budget estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
• Participating in tender evaluations, payment valuations, and final accounts.
• Using and mastering specialized software like CostX, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Collaborating actively with the project team and representing JLL professionally.

What we look for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or cost estimation software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) is highly advantageous.
