About the Role

Are you an organized, resourceful operations professional who enjoys turning priorities into action? Join Merakey’s Adult Behavioral Health team as an Operations Coordinator and play a key role in keeping high-impact initiatives, projects, and day-to-day operations moving forward.

This role partners closely with leadership and teams across the organization to coordinate projects, improve processes, organize data, solve problems, and drive accountability. The ideal candidate is a proactive doer who can manage multiple priorities, build practical systems, spot gaps, and follow through to get things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive projects forward by coordinating timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-up.
  • Partner with leadership on research, reporting, data analysis, presentations, and operational priorities.
  • Build and maintain trackers, tools, workflows, and systems that make work easier and more efficient.
  • Identify process gaps and help develop practical solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to solve problems, communicate priorities, and implement initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
  • Monitor progress, identify barriers, and escalate issues before they become bigger problems.
  • Support new program implementation, organizational initiatives, and special projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than an administrative position. You’ll have the opportunity to connect the dots, improve how work gets done, and directly support the operational success of Adult Behavioral Health. If you’re someone who sees a problem and thinks, “There has to be a better way,” this role may be a great fit.
