What You’ll Do

This position is a 12-month apprenticeship with a monthly schedule of: 3 weeks in the company and 1 week at school.

The position is based in Paris. 

 What You’ll Be Working On

Transportation

  • Create outbound deliveries:
    • STO from 3PL to 3PL
    • STO from 3PL to Contract Manufacturer (CM)
  • Post Goods receptis for STOs from 3PL to CM
  • Post Goods Issues for STOs from CM to 3PL
  • Update shipment information in SAP, including ETD and ETA — a key responsibility of the role
  • Create inbound deliveries and manage related quantities and Goods Receipts

Inventory Management

  • Prepare 3PL and Sol de Janeiro file for inventory reconciliation
  • Analyze discrepancies between 3PL and Sol de Janeiro inventory snapshots
  • Post inventory adjustment movements in the Sol de Janeiro ERP system
  • Support the SDJ Inventory Manager with day-to-day activities
  • Monitor inventory KPIs and follow up on improvement action plans with 3PL partners
  • Collaborate with internal SDJ stakeholders to identify and resolve inventory issues caused by external factors
  • Prepare and support internal inventory reviews and KPI reporting

Logisitc

  • Create Tester Transfer Orders (TOs)

Must Haves

  • Master's student in Transportation or  Supply chain business school
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong interest in AI, particularly in developing AI agents and automation solutions
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan, deliver and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive and enthusiastic mindset
  • Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor
  • An interest in the beauty industry
