About the Role

Mission

Support execution of marketing communication activities for the Secure Power division across Central East Europe, ensuring high-quality campaign deployment, content coordination, customer engagement, and operational support across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns to promote products, software, and solutions to target customer segments and channels
  • Assist in deployment of promotional activities across digital and offline touchpoints
  • Contribute to campaign coordination in line with agreed plans and timelines
  • Support the team in maintaining quality and consistency of campaign execution
  1. Demand & Lead Generation, Customer Engagement
  • Support execution and tracking of demand and lead generation activities such as digital and physical events, eDM, SMA programs, segmented customer programs, and media campaigns
  • Contribute to initiatives that increase customer engagement and recurring activation, leveraging advanced martech tools, such as Cvent or SFMC
  • Assist in campaign follow-up, localization, proofreadings, incl. basic performance tracking
  1. Website, Content & Digital Support
  • Support website updates to improve customer experience and content relevance
  • Assist with GEO & SEO-related updates, keyword optimization, and traffic-growth activities
  • Draft content for owned media channels
  • Support planning and execution of press and social media activities
  1. Marketing Materials & Operational Coordination
  • Support production and coordination of marketing materials
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect inputs and ensure timely delivery of communication assets
  • Assist the team with day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination
  1. Performance & Learning
  • Support monitoring of campaign performance and engagement metrics
  • Contribute to reporting and identification of improvement opportunities
  • Support budget planning, tracking, allocation and reporting by adhering to the processes (ex. Coupa, G&H Policy, Sponsorships etc)
  • Participate in continuous learning and development activities related to digital marketing and communication tools

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Student / trainee in the final years of bachelor’s studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Proficient command of English
  • Digital savviness and interest in digital marketing and analytics
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Familiarity with eDM or marketing automation tools is an advantage
  • Action-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
  • Able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a multicultural environment
