About the Role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support talent acquisition activities by searching candidate resumes using defined criteria and sourcing tools.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage interview logistics, including arranging meeting rooms, preparing interview materials, and coordinating communications.
  • Provide timely candidate communication, including interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding preparation by coordinating documentation, checklists, and administrative requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and update inventory records for HR documents, equipment, and office supplies.
  • Support HR office relocation activities by organizing, labeling, packing, unpacking, and arranging HR materials and records.
  • Conduct post-relocation reviews to help ensure HR workspaces, documents, and resources are organized and accessible.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, organization, and team collaboration.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Availability to commit to the internship for a minimum of three months.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Previous internship, campus organization, project, or administrative experience in HR, recruiting, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems, or HR systems.
  • Experience coordinating events, schedules, or projects.
  • Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, employee experience, or human resources operations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently when needed.
