About the Role

We are currently seeking a Facilities Management Intern to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates would be offered 6-9 months of internship.

About the mission we offer you: 

The Facilities Management Intern will assist the Facilities Management team in supporting the daily operations of the organisation's facility. The internship aims to provide practical experience in facilities management processes, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

 

Main Challenges

Asset Management

• Assist in asset tagging, labeling and inventory checks.

• Support the tracking of asset lifecycle and disposal.

• Help conduct periodic asset audits and reconcile physical assets with records.

 

Intranet page Development Support

• Assist in the design, development, and updating of the Facilities Management Department webpage.

• Collaborate with team members to gather content, images, and relevant information.

• Support the integration of user-friendly features and ensure the webpage is accessible and informative.

 

Project Support

• Support ongoing facility improvement activities, especially on ESG

• Assist in gathering data and preparing reports.

• Contribute to ongoing projects under Operations & Services, Lease Management Travel Management, Space Management.

 

General Administrative Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Management team as needed.

• Attend meetings and prepare minutes or reports where needed.

 

Starting Date: Immediate

 

About you: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Asset Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Strong organisational, analytical, communication and writing skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with web development tools (HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar) is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
