We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Site Reliability Engineering team for 6 months. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence, while developing skills in reporting, analytics, documentation, and process improvement.

You will work closely with experienced platform administrators and engineers to support migration, daily operations, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is designed as a learning opportunity where you will gain practical exposure to enterprise tools, cloud technologies, data analytics and real-world business processes.
 

Key Responsibilities

Platform Migration Support

• Assist in Jira and Confluence Cloud migration activities. 

• Help prepare and maintain migration-related documentation, reports, and status updates. 

• Assist with validation activities and issue tracking. 

• Help consolidate migration feedback and support issue resolution. 

Reporting & Analytics

• Collect and organize project or operational data from agreed sources. 

• Assist in tracking project progress, migration metrics, and operational KPIs 

• Perform basic data checks to identify missing, duplicated or inconsistent information. 

• Support ad-hoc reporting requests. 

Platform Operations & Documentation

• Assist in the day-to-day support by following the documented procedures. 

  Support user requests, platform enhancement activities, and administrative tasks. 

  Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. 

  Help review and organize knowledge articles, user guides and frequently asked questions 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

• Basic understanding of Project Management principles and Agile methodologies.  

• Basic knowledge on using reporting and visualization tools such as eazyBI, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Able to manage assigned tasks and communicate when support is needed. 

• Comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback. 

• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment. 

• Available for 6-month internship. 

Added Advantages

• Basic knowledge in using Jira and Confluence. 

• Basic knowledge of JQL (Jira Query Language). 

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as eazyBI, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms. 

• Basic understanding of data analysis and dashboard development. 

• Exposure to cloud technologies, SaaS applications. 

• Basic knowledge in Technical writing and process documentation. 

• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini)

• Final-year Bachelor's Degree student with availability to commit to a 6-month internship. 

Knowledge of JQL, eazyBI, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence will be considered a strong advantage, but is not required.
