About the Role

  • Data Accuracy Rate: Maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 99% on all reviewed documents.
  • Processing Speed: Meet daily volume quotas for updates and campaigns material.
  • SLA Compliance: Complete job request within agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Support the preparation of the weekly and monthly product reporting
  • Campaign & Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative assistance for events, roadshows, and ASNB Financial Planning campaigns.
  • Compliance & Licensing Assistance – to assists and help to maintain the report for staff FIMM license renewals and registrations, and assist in monitoring product renewal dates.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in reassurance and re-organizing customer-facing product documents (CFRINI, CRA-i, CIF-i) to ensure they match current guidelines.
  • Communication & Administration: Help manage the Wealth Islamic group inbox, draft reminders for Personal Bankers regarding pending ASNB assessments, and assist with formatting the yearly Treasury Product SOP review.
