Business Intelligence Intern

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to develop impactful dashboards, optimize reporting processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support Retail and Corporate Banking.

Key Accountabilities (1)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Standardize and automate recurring reports, including:
• Campaign Tracking
• Sales Funnel Analysis
• Performance Tracking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and perform data mapping for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to use Power BI or similar BI visualization tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Experience in Banking or Financial Services, Knowledge of Python or R, Experience working with Databricks, Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
