Disney Trainee Program概要：

  • 最長6カ月間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会
  • 専任のインターンシップ・プログラム・チームによるサポートと指導

応募資格：

  • 現在、美術系大学・大学院、美術系専門学校に在学をしている方（学年不問）
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote等のツールによるデザイン制作が可能な方
  • 20時間未満/週での3日以上の出勤、もしくは自宅作業が可能な方　（勤務時間：9:30〜18:00の内）
  • 2026年10月頃から就業が可能な方
  • 週20時間で勤務に参加できる方
  • エンターテイメントビジネスに興味、関心がある方
  • 実習を通じて得た機密情報に対して守秘義務を守れる方
  • 当プログラムの内容を、無断でインターネットその他（Facebook, X(旧Twitter)等）を通じて、不特定多数の第三者に対して情報提供しないことに同意頂ける方
  • 弊社オフィス（虎ノ門ヒルズ 森タワー）にて勤務が可能な方
  • 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語（歓迎 *英語会議あり）

ジョブ・サマリー:  

Disney Trainee Programは、実際の仕事を通じて、Disneyの仕事やエンターテイメント業界のことを学んでいただくプログラムです。今回は、Disneyの商品化用素材を作成しているデザイン部門にて、商品用デザイン素材集作成補助、新規デザイン開発のアイディア出し等をご担当いただくポジションです。現在、美術系の大学にてデザインを学んでいる方、現在大学生でDisneyのデザイン部門のお仕事に興味をお持ちの方向けになっております。

職務内容:

  • ムードボードの作成サポート(Keynote)
  • 素材開発におけるグラフィックデザインサポート（Illustrator, Photoshop）
  • 新規素材開発のためのマーケットリサーチ、アイデアサポート
  • その他各種資料収集、作成

応募条件:

  • ディズニーブランドおよびフランチャイズプロパティ（特にミッキー＆フレンズ、ディズニークラシック、ピクサー、ディズニーアニメーション（WDAS））の理解・興味がある。
  • フレッシュなアイデア提案とグラフィックデザインの能力がある。
  • デザインに対し細部にわたる配慮ができる。
  • コミュニケーション能力が高く、積極的に学ぶ意欲がある。
