Duration: January to May/June 2027

Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)

Location: Seletar, Singapore

Role overview:  

Support customer account management activities by helping execute account strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate commercial and operational objectives. This role assists in contract and account administration, financial planning, revenue and cash management, customer satisfaction initiatives, and the achievement of business growth targets across assigned customer accounts.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies, using the account management process and Customer Hub to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce customer relationship, direct resources, and drive account management discipline
  • Supporting the Account Manager/VP Customers with contract and account administration
  • Supporting the Account Manager/VP Customers in generating revenue and cash plans, managing cash and profit opportunities and threat mitigation, and coordinating sales and transition targets
  • Supporting the account team in building customer relationships, keeping assigned customers informed and representing their needs and views within Rolls-Royce. Helping to foster new airline relationships and grow the Rolls-Royce customer base in your region
  • Managing and delivering the financial plan, including debt and payment matters, for your assigned customers
  • Supporting the achievement of Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets for your assigned customers

Who we’re looking for:

  • A degree in a technical or numerate discipline, or strong relevant experience
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment
  • Planning and programme management experience
  • Confident influencing and communication skills with key customer focus
  • Broad knowledge of a customer and services organisation is desirable and having worked within an aerospace or aviation industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient IT skills, fluent across Microsoft Office suite
