About the Role

Talent & Performance Management Intern

Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Talent & Performance Management Intern to join our HR Department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

 

You'll support the Performance & Talent Management team in the implementation and monitoring of processes and tools dedicated to performance management, assisting with the rollout of a new HR management system.

The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR projects (e.g., Performance Management and Assessment Centers), supporting the management of annual performance cycles, data analysis, and the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's talent and human capital.


📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Support the management of the Performance Management process, monitor its progress, and prepare reports and dashboards to track the outcomes and the progress of the annual campaign
  • Collaborate in the preparation of materials, guidelines, and communications for managers and HR stakeholders
  • Support the planning and coordination of Assessment Centers
  • Assist in consolidating and analyzing information related to talent management, succession planning and talent pools, producing both quantitative and qualitative reports
  • Partecipate in HR process improvement and digital transformation projects related to Talent & Performance Management

 

💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and accuracy in managing tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is a plus
