Supports fellow students in their financial journey while developing leadership, coaching, and communication skills rooted in service. Mentors others, expands their knowledge of financial wellness, and makes a positive impact on campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide confidential peer coaching in areas such as budgeting and debt awareness.
- Support students in building healthy financial habits.
- Help promote financial wellness on campus through events, flyers, and social media.
- Collaborate with Everence and Ashland staff at on-campus workshops and events.
- Participate in training and reflection to strengthen your service and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Currently pursuing a college degree
Skills and Abilities:
- Are thoughtful, caring, and enjoy supporting others one-on-one
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Are exploring vocations in coaching, counseling, ministry, education, business, or service
- Have experience in mentorship, tutoring, student leadership, or other people-focused roles
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
SCHEDULE: Part-time, flexible
(On-campus internships, two semesters (30 weeks), 10 hours/week)
