What you will do 关于该职位 : 

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards. 

  • 按照四季酒店的标准，执行打字、归档、复印、传真和接听电话等行政工作。

  • Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner. 

  • 及时与值班工程师沟通，并记录所有与宾客关于房间及公共区域设施维修来电的详细信息。

  • Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors. 

  • 管理工程总监和总工程师的日程，安排与承包商和供应商的约见。

  • Be responsible for translation. 

  • 负责翻译工作。

  • Attending relevant meetings take meeting minutes. Work out correct Meeting Minutes accordingly. 

  • 参加相关会议并做会议纪要，据此整理出准确的会议记录。
