About the Role

As an intern, you will work closely with the Retail Deposits team:

Product Management

  • Provide administrative support for product campaigns, e.g. reconciliation, fulfilment, tracking of results.
  • Support product managers in daily duties e.g. reporting, updating templates, competitor analysis.
  • Participate in Projects/Strategic Initiatives in terms of market research, use cases and process flow.

Campaign Management

  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns across different customer segments.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting.
  • Prepare and organize training materials, internal communications and updates.

Operational and Process Management

  • Support in preparation and maintenance of standard operational processes/workflows.

Data and Analytical Work

  • Perform data collation, analyse post-campaign results and share insights to support decision making for future campaigns.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Adherence to applicable regulatory, compliance, laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate studies in any discipline (Business, Finance, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and manipulate datasets logically and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks independently and meticulously.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities when given ownership of tasks.
  • Adaptable, innovative and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain practical exposure to Retail Deposits operations, product management, and strategic initiatives within a leading financial institution.
  • Be briefed and trained on essential banking protocols, including banking secrecy, PDPA, and confidentiality standards, which are foundational knowledge for any aspiring banker.
  • Build professional skills in project management, campaign coordination, and data analysis.
  • Develop an understanding of how different functions within Wealth Management and Consumer Banking work together to deliver integrated solutions.
  • The intern must be able to commit for a period of 4-6 months from December 2026 under credit bearing
