For our Milan office (Corso Europa) we are currently looking for:

Licensing Intern (6-Month Full-Time Internship)

Is this the role for you?

Are you passionate about media, consumer products, and brand partnerships? Join our Licensing team in Milan and gain hands-on experience supporting agents, licensees, and partners while developing valuable skills across licensing, sales support, market analysis, and business operations.

What will you be doing?

Asset & Partner Support

• Support the day-to-day distribution of sales and brand materials to agents, licensees, and partners.

• Support the department in managing partner requests.

• Maintain product image, sample, and asset databases.

• Support the management of partner contact lists, shared drives, and asset libraries.

• Coordinate product samples for meetings, presentations, and showroom opportunities.

Insights & Business Development

• Help prepare sales decks and presentations for partner meetings and pitches.

• Conduct competitor and market research across the Softlines category and share key insights with the team.

• Support the identification of new business opportunities through research and target-list development.

• Compile product references, imagery, and market information for presentations and proposals.

Operations & Administration

• Support product approval tracking, sample management, and information pack preparation.

• Assist with tracking financial KPIs, royalty submissions, and payments.

• Support contract administration, legal processes, and renewal tracking.

• Provide general team and project support as required.

What are we looking for? 

• Interest in media, licensing, consumer products, or brand partnerships.

• Native level of Italian and fluent English.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Collaborative team player.

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
