We are looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven intern who is excited to learn about customer engagement, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare innovation environment. This internship will run from January 2027 – April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective:
To support the Arthrex Experience and Communication teams through planning, logistics and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support development, marketing, implementation, communications and sales support to enhance customer experience.
- Assist AX Marketing Lead in all marketing and communication initiatives.
- Support in presentation preparation, and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Collect and present detailed notes for each Health Care Professional (HCP) and Administrator coming to campus to prepare internal stakeholders for on-site meetings.
- Collect, analyze, and present visit metrics regarding the HCP on-site activities and overall experience.
- Monitor team inbox and triage requests as needed.
- Partner with stakeholders on various ongoing tasks and projects including but not limited to education materials and training guides for sales agencies.
Education and Experience:
Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or Hospitality. A college senior or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
- Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented and strong public speaking skills required.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
