Cash Management and Channel Products Intern 

 

Internship Period: 11 January 2027  30 June 2027 
 

Job Description 

  • Assist and drive product development / initiatives and delivery of relevant banking services (Cash Management Services - Payments & Collections and/or Channels products) with senior colleagues for the ASEAN region.  

  • Work in collaboration with product partners and stakeholders in the region to support the delivery of products fulfilling requirements of customers as well as internal users with accordance to the bank’s guidelines / procedures and local regulations. 

  • Support development of departmental initiatives / strategies to improve existing processes, increase revenue opportunities, and deliver a high quality of service to customers for the region.   

  • Assist in data analysis to monitor product performance / commercialization and identify opportunities to grow business and improve the process with other product partners.  

  • Assist in maintaining product manuals to maintain a strong framework in the department. 

  • Support in ensuring customer’s products that are implemented and commercialized on-time with sales team and product partners in the region.  

  • Assist and lead relevant committees within the region and summarize discussion points and next action plans for forward implementation. 

  • Create easy-to-understand, well summarized materials / reports to facilitate project discussions and approval processes for project members as well as management members.     

 

Job Requirements 

  • Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn new things and be a self-starter. 

  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people with different culture, background and language (English level). 

  • Highly responsible to fulfil tasks by self-managing tasks and address issues with the support of senior colleagues when the need arises. 

  • Team player that values working in a multicultural environment. 

  • Possess logical and analytical thinking to identify potential opportunities to improve our businesses and address issues, if any. 

  • Open minded to technical matters / discussions / documents. 

  • Good proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
