Specifically, when you join the Supply Chain & Operations Team in Milan, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

 

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

 

  • Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business
  • Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance
  • Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives
  • Target Operating Model Design

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

 

  • A master’s degree in Management Engineering
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
