About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor, record, and manage stocks of daily office supplies and assist with the replenishment process.

  • Document Administration: Organize, compile, and maintain General Affairs administrative documents and operational utility invoices.

  • Digital Archiving: Scan physical documents and upload them systematically to designated Google Drive folders.

  • Vendor & Facility Coordination: Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure office facilities, maintenance, and daily operations run smoothly.

  • Admin & Expense Support: Help the team track vendor quotes, organize receipt records, and compile operational expense summaries.

  • General Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required by the team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education Status: Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business Administration, Office Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Communications, or other related fields (must have no active classes left to ensure full commitment to the internship schedule).

  • Experience: Prior experience in student organizations, committees, or previous internships handling administration, logistics/inventory, or secretarial duties.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets & Docs) for data tracking and reporting.

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive, agile, and possesses good communication skills.

  • Languages: Good command of Indonesian and basic English proficiency (written & verbal).

Work Arrangement & Location

  • Work System: Hybrid (Includes WFH option on Fridays, subject to company policies).

  • Office Location: Bintaro.
