Internship - Room Service

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Room Service Intern.

 Key accountabilities:

• Prepare Mise-en-place and deliver friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive guest service.
• Perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards.
• Support from the entire team during the various departments
• Participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Strong customer focus,
• Fluent both in French and English

• Sense of confidentiality.
