Internship - Restaurant L'Oiseau Blanc

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an Intern for our Restaurant L'Oiseau Blanc.

 Key accountabilities:

• Deliver friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive guest service.
• Perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards.
• Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service.
• Ensure consistency of the F&B service and food offerings.  
• Set up the dining room before the service and clean up afterwards.
• Make the link between the guests and the kitchen by delivering dishes and taking customer requests during the service.
