About the Role

Business Services & Contracts Intern

Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Business Services & Contracts Intern.

You’ll join our Italy Food Service Business Services team, at Nuvola – our HQ in Turin.

You’ll support the team in performing business services and contract management activities within the commercial dept, according to standard processes.

This involves following the entire contract lifecycle starting from the commercial request, through ensuring legal compliance on standard contract templates, to data input and contracts reporting and monitoring.

 

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Preparation of periodic reports on performance, deadlines and contract compliance;
  • System Data input and regular checks;
  • Ensuring alignment for the correct application of contract terms and resolving any operational Issues;
  • Updating, archiving, and maintaining version control of contracts within CRM/SAP to ensure consistency and traceability;
  • Gathering information, clarifying specific contract terms, and managing customer-specific requests when needed.

 

💡 Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: October 2026
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
  • You have a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • You have a good Excel and Power-Point skills
  • You have good collaboration skills and attitude to work in Team.
