Customer Support Navigator

Internship Description/Learning Objectives:

 

Intern will be supporting customers in person to complete and submit applications, among other needs.   Interns will achieve insight into low-income financial assistance processes. 

Job Duties:

 

Data entry, application assistance and submission, intake, filing, customer service, administrative duties. 

Preferred Competencies:

 

Experience with Microsoft office, experience working in customer service, emotion regulation, professional and interpersonal knowledge and skills

If you are selected for YEP Internship as a Work Team Member, you will make $18.00 an hour.
