About the Role

INTERNSHIP FORMAT: 

 

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or at the Centerline, Michigan complex. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:
  

Come join our Stellantis Technical Safety & Regulatory Compliance (TSRC) Team where we are committed to doing what's best for our customers. Be a part of a team filled with bright, resourceful and determined employees who play a vital role in Stellantis regulatory development, certification and compliance activities. TSRC Interns will be assigned to the following areas: Regulatory Development, Homologation & Compliance, Programs & Reporting, Investigations & Campaign Execution, and Process, Training & Governance, where they will have the opportunity to make an impact while working with a dynamic team. 

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university Mechanical, Electrical, Technical, or related Engineering field 
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.  
  • Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicable 
  • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2027 
  • Authorized to work in the United States 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners  
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment  
  • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
