Job Summary

The Trainee Proyectos will support project management activities within Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV, gaining practical experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Support the coordination of project tasks and resources across various departments.
* Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
* Learn and apply Valeo's project management methodologies and tools.
* Support the implementation of new processes and improvements within projects.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
