En tant que stagiaire RH chez CSD Ingénieurs Conseils SA, vous saisissez l’opportunité de rejoindre une société en pleine croissance où le cadre de travail est agréable. Vous intégrez une équipe jeune et dynamique tournée vers les domaines de l’ingénierie de la construction et de l’environnement.

Vos tâches

En tant que stagiaire RH vous participerez aux tâches suivantes :

  • Recrutements

  • Communication interne & employer branding

  • Evaluation & Formation

  • Projets RH

  • Evènements RH (journée d’accueil, afterworks,...)

  • Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Gestion administrative du personnel

Votre profil

  • Etudiant(e) en gestion des ressources humaines (Bac 3 ou master)

  • Une excellente capacité rédactionnelle et d'expression orale en français

  • Rigueur, autonomie, proactivité, sens de l’initiative, polyvalence complètent votre profil

  • Stage de minimum 3 mois
