What You Need to Do

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
  • Support campus hiring initiatives and career fair activities.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps.
  • Assist HR team in employee onboarding and documentation tasks when required.
  • Perform other administrative duties related to HR Recruitment process.

What You Need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of HR and recruitment concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
