About the Role

EIC Intern Client Finance Analyst

Job Description Summary

Job Description

Lease Management:

·         Manage lease contracts and branch rental agreements across the client portfolio (Retail, Offices, Logistics).

·         Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations, and local laws.

·         Coordination with other department (Leasing, Technical, other) and third parties involved in the project.

·         Handle delinquency situations, debt collection, and coordinate with legal advisors as needed.

Analysis & Client Support:

·         Prepare reporting packages.

·         Support Asset Managers in delivering client-required reporting.

·         Asset and retail performance analysis.

Accounts Receivable Management:

·         Management of full account receivables process.

·         Support collections and ensure timely receipt of tenant payments.

·         Coordinate with accountants for registration taxes and other statutory payments related to leases.

Accounts Payable & Financial Operations:

·         Management of full account payables process.

·         Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.

·         Languages: English, Italian.

·         Strong analytical skills and accounting fundamentals.

·         Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

·         Knowledge of Yardi Voyager will be considered as a plus.
