About the Role

Job Description Summary

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the team across multiple real estate asset classes and gain exposure to investment, valuation, and transaction advisory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of client pitches, proposals, and investment presentations.
  • Support the execution of acquisition and disposal processes, including coordination of transaction activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of commercial due diligence reports.
  • Conduct market research and analysis of off-market investment opportunities.
  • Assist in financial, market, and asset-level analyses to support advisory assignments.
  • Participate in client meetings, internal discussions, and project update calls.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategic advisory and business development initiatives.

Skills & Experience Gained:

  • Exposure to real estate capital markets and transactions.
  • Understanding of acquisition, disposal, and due diligence processes.
  • Experience in market analysis and investment evaluation.
  • Client-facing exposure and participation in stakeholder meetings.
  • Development of presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
