Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern - Global Intercompany, from January to May 2027 located in Manila, Philippines.

The Global Intercompany Intern will support the Global Intercompany team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant intercompany accounting and operational activities. This role provides students with practical exposure to global finance operations, intercompany accounting processes, reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. 

The intern will work closely with finance professionals across different regions and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement projects. 

Key Responsibilities

1) Finance and Intercompany Support 

  • Assist in the preparation, validation, and analysis of intercompany transactions and reports. 

  • Support reconciliation activities and help investigate discrepancies between intercompany balances. 

  • Assist in data gathering, reporting, and documentation of finance processes. 

  • Participate in month-end close support activities and operational reviews. 

  • Help maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge repositories. 

  • Support audit, compliance, and internal control documentation activities as needed. 

2) Process Improvement and Digital Transformation 

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation. 

  • Support data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting initiatives. 

  • Utilize digital tools and AI-enabled solutions responsibly to improve productivity and efficiency. 

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Global Intercompany organization. 

3) Knowledge Management and Collaboration 

  • Assist in developing SharePoint sites, knowledge portals, or team collaboration pages. 

  • Support website or intranet content management initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with team members across different regions and functions. 

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and learning activities. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in either of the following areas: Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, other related business courses 

  • Good academic standing. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 

  • Willingness to learn and work in a global, collaborative environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Digitally fluent with a strong understanding of the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). 

  • Experience or academic exposure in website development, SharePoint site design, or content management. 

  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage. 

  • Basic knowledge of data visualization, reporting, or automation tools. 

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
