Responsibilities

  • Obtain clearance and rights information from the Account Management and Production teams.
  • Gather usage details provided by the Account Management and Production teams (visual talent, music, voice-over talent, etc.), ensuring that rights cover the intended usage period.
  • Attend team status meetings to monitor rights expiration dates and project timelines.
  • Manage billing and prepare usage rights reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • A Master's Degree in Intellectual Property will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Interest in audiovisual production and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong commercial skills (negotiation with rights holders, talent, and other suppliers).
  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
