About the Role

 

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Finance Intern starting February/March 2027 for a period of 6 months.

 

 

 Key accountabilities:

 

  • Revenue control
  • Sales reconciliation
  • Control of offers and freebies, Infrasys (POS) corrections, complimentary rooms & house use.
  • Verification of compliance with procedures, particularly in terms of cash collection and legal posting.
  • Various operational audits
  • Participates in monthly/annual closing of accounts.
  • Various studies and reports
  • Support and work in tandem with the income auditor

 

 

General requirements:

 

  • Organization, rigour and attention to detail
  • Speed and autonomy
  • Good speech and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Office Pack
  • Fluent in English and French (written/oral).
  • Tourism-Hospitality and/or Business School training
  • Package: 693.00 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
