About the Role

Intern - Workforce Management (1 month contract)

(MAS Legato Based at Horana)

MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in managing the employee lifecycle including onboarding, EPF/ETF registration, benefits claim processes, and personal file documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles in the Oracle system with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in ensuring the completion and organization of personal files and employment records in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding experiences for both staff and team members.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

  • Completed G.C.E (A/L) or an undergraduate in HR or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Agile and flexible with a willingness to travel when required.
  • Candidates residing in or commuting from areas close to the main working location are preferred.
