About the Role

[What the role is]

Join our team to support grants administration and play an active role in planning and executing Healthy Living Events that engage residents across the North West District. You will be involved in a diverse range of community initiatives, including Brisk Walking Club Sessions, FitnessX Club Showcase Events, Dance Fit Club Gatherings, Mental Wellness @ North West, and Running Clinic @ North West, among others.

[What you will be working on]

  • Conduct calls and send structured follow-ups to chase pending application submissions, progress reports, and supporting documents

  • Check grant submissions for completeness, correct documentation, and adherence to administrative guidelines

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and record archiving

[What we are looking for]

  • Passionate about serving the community and helping applicants navigate funding opportunities

  • High attention to detail when checking documentation and updating tracking records

  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Excel, email)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
