Arbeitsumfeld

Im Center of Excellence Batterie bündelt der Volkswagen‑Konzern alle Aktivitäten rund um Batterien. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, Prozesse im Umfeld der Batterieentwicklung, des Produktentstehungsprozesses sowie der Gremien- und Projektsteuerung neu zu denken. Dabei wollen wir moderne Tools wie KI-Lösungen und Automatisierungen gezielt einsetzen, um die tägliche Arbeit einfacher und effizienter zu gestalten. Viele Tätigkeiten sind heute noch manuell. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, machst sie smarter und denkst sie mit neuen Tools neu.

Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle

  • Identifizieren wiederkehrender Aufgaben und Vereinfachung durch Digitalisierung
  • Einsatz von KI-Tools wie Copilot, Agents & Notebooks im Tagesgeschäft
  • Aufbau von Automatisierungen mit Power Automate
  • Erstellen moderner SharePoint-Seiten zur fachbereichsübergreifenden Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung im Gremienmanagement, z. B. bei Agenda, Protokollen und Aufgabenlisten
  • Mitarbeit an Prozessbeschreibungen, z. B. in ARIS
  • Unterstützung im Projekt- und Reifegradmanagement
  • Analysieren der IST-Prozesse des Änderungsmanagements und Implementieren von KI gestützten Optimierungslösungen

Anforderungen an die Qualifikation

  • Studierende (auch im Gap Year) eines wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengangs oder vergleichbare Studienrichtungen
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, KI und neuen Tools
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI‑Tools / KI-Agenten, privat oder an der Uni 
  • Erfahrung mit dem Microsoft-Ökosysten, Copilot Agenten, Copilot Studio und Power Automate 
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (z. B. Präsentationen)
  • Deutsch und Englisch Sprachniveau B2
