Under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Management Team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in restaurant and/or bar operations, supporting guest service and delivering engaging dining experiences.

We are looking for a guest-focused, proactive, and outgoing individual with a positive and approachable personality. A passion for hospitality and willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Get a daily briefing about operations to effectively offer dining experiences
  • Be knowledgeable about outlet menus
  • Open and close outlets assigned
  • Prepare areas of service
  • Welcome and seat guests
  • Follow outlet sequence of service
  • Engage and assist any guest queries
  • Support any other Food & Beverage department tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow
