Phụ trách theo dõi, nhận các báo cáo đã được kiểm duyệt gửi cho khách hang và sao lưu kết quả từ bản cứng lên hệ thống nội bộ/ Follow up to receive approved reports sent to clients, and backing up results from hard copies to the internal system.

Trách nhiệm chung (General duties)

Chịu trách nhiệm gửi báo cáo AN đã hoàn thành (đã kiểm tra) cho khách hàng bằng hệ thống E-lims hoặc qua email/ Responsible to logout and sending AN completed (checked) reports to client using E-lims,system or via email

Theo dõi ngày đến hạn của báo cáo mỗi ngày/ Monitoring the report due dates everyday

Cập nhật tệp theo dõi sau khi gửi bằng bảng tính Excel/ Updating the monitoring file after sending using the Excel monitoring sheet

Phối hợp với các phòng ban để gửi báo cáo đúng hạn/ Coordinating with the internal team for the reports to be released each day

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Ít nhất tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc tương

đương/ At least graduated from college or equivalent

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English (Reading)/ Tiếng anh (Đọc)
