We are now looking for an Intern, Order Management with English to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
Support the team with various tasks, starting with basic order entry activities
Gain knowledge to gradually take over more complex tasks
Ensure timely responses to the customers
Maintain smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders
Provide support to the Order Management Team in ad-hoc situations
Who you are
You are a student or have a relevant university degree, or basic experience in customer service or order processing
You are eager to learn UPM’s culture, processes, and organization
You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of tools from Customer Cervices or Order Management will be an asset
You have strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders
You are team-oriented and a good networker
You have a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
You are interested in working in international teams and collaborating across multiple functions
You are fluent in English. German and other European languages are considered an asset

Additional information
This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.
The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
