THE TEAM

Our Healthcare team partners with hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide to simplify operations through data, technology, and deep industry expertise. We help clients improve performance by assessing risk and controls across operations, finance, clinical systems, IT, and cybersecurity.

As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to conduct audits, deliver high-quality insights, and build strong client relationships. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of healthcare functions while contributing to meaningful projects that drive value.

YOU WILL

  • Analyze data and operations to uncover insights that drive performance improvement for healthcare clients
  • Construct client-facing reports that communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively
  • Support operational improvement initiatives across hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
  • Work on projects focused on revenue cycle and financial operations, helping clients solve complex business challenges
  • Contribute to specialized engagements such as:
    • Deep financial analysis for hospital operations
    • Month-end close optimization and finance process improvement
    • Financial modeling to navigate payer reimbursement complexities
    • Revenue operations enhancements across the continuum of patient care
    • Implementation of custom technology solutions tailored to client needs

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or a related field):
